From flood resilience to online government services — this is the official portal of the Municipality of Masantol, Pampanga. Home of 57,207 Masantoleños across 26 vibrant barangays.
The Masantol Fiber Optic Infrastructure project will lay a municipal-owned backbone linking every barangay hall, every government office, every public school, and every evacuation center. A private, encrypted, gigabit-class communications network — built and owned by the Munisipyo for the exclusive use of our government agencies and public Wi-Fi hotspots.
Born from the santol tree groves that lined our riverbanks, Masantol is a delta town at the heart of the Pampanga River system — riverside, riverswept, and steadfastly Kapampangan.
Originally named San Miguel de Masantol, three of our patriarchs — Manuel Fajardo, Gregorio Bautista, and Juan Lacap — filed a motion on June 26, 1877, to separate from Macabebe. The new pueblo was inaugurated on May 1, 1878, and after a brief reunification with Macabebe in 1904, Masantol was permanently restored as an independent municipality in 1907.
Today, Masantol is a second-class income municipality covering 48.25 km² along the Pampanga delta. Our economy is anchored on agriculture, freshwater and brackish-water fishing, and small-scale enterprise. We sit just 18 km from the provincial capital San Fernando and 62 km from Manila.
And while the floods test us every wet season, the spirit of our people — fueled by faith in San Miguel Arcangel and the love of family — keeps Masantol moving forward.
In partnership with the Quantum Technology Local Government Systems (QTLGS) program, we're rolling out a 26-module digital backbone — built for our flood-prone reality, our citizens' busy lives, and the eGovernance Act of 2025.
Real-time tide, rain and flood monitoring with SMS alerts to all 26 barangays. Evacuation center registry, family-level vulnerability profiling, post-disaster damage assessment.

Electronic family folder, immunization registry, sanitary permits, food-handler certificates — feeding into DOH eHEMRS and PhilHealth Konsulta.
Single-tap login with your PhilID. Legally binding digital signatures via PNPKI. Masantol services surface inside the national eGovPH SuperApp.
Masantol-owned, encrypted gigabit fiber linking all 26 barangay halls, the command center, public schools and every Munisipyo office — government use only.
24/7 municipal command center wired to live CCTV at junctions, flood sensors along the delta, and PA broadcast to every barangay hall.
Free, filtered Wi-Fi at every barangay hall, public school, evacuation center and the Munisipyo — powered by our own fiber.
